Refund policy
All items are second hand, this means that they may have general ware. We will always disclose any major issues.
However if you receive your item and are unhappy we will gladly accept a return, as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We will not be held accountable for the returned postage cost. Unless we've made a mistake.
When refunding/Cancelling an item(s). We will deduct the fees we've paid, 3%, as we are no longer getting refunded them.
Returned items will not receive the original shipping costs back in the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
